Therefore it can be concluded that a general perception of principles of exercising and wellness is one of the best practices for the organization of fitness activities. These are important because some human beings require reasons to live and initiative shapes them into achievable goals giving human beings the motivation to fight and achieve greatness. These are somewhat similar to the regular workout schedule as they outline which workouts should be done and where the concentration should be placed for gradual consistency in improvement.
Goals personalization entails assessing one’s physical fitness and interests and defining long-term goals that can be achieved mechanically. It also helps one to systematically ‘look back’ and perhaps celebrate achievements that have been made from time to time. Stakeholders’ goals should be just realistic and challenging at the same time so that both parties would have an interest in the program.
Goals are a very important concept since they are the initial base on which any activity aimed at improving one’s fitness is based, Goals help one discover his potential and ultimately his dreams. To the perfecting process, they introduce definition, encouragement, and system. I have learned that when certain objectives have been set and vigorous practices are efficiently put into place, then an individual attains the aimed fitness in a systematic way as he/she fully mobilizes his/ her potential.
Effective goal setting includes defining SMART objectives: They include S – Specific, M – Measurable, A – Achievable, R – Relevant, and T – Time-bound. Measurable objectives provide information about what exactly should be accomplished in the organization. Specific goals can also be useful when making changes come the end of the year when the set goals have not been reached. Achievable goals are the goals that can be met within a certain period or within the time that has been set on the goals when there is determination and effort towards the set goals. Appropriate goals are those that the persona cares about and what that particular persona wants to fulfill. The accomplishment of evaluative goals had time factors for its attainment which created a deadline feeling among the goals.
